“The entire experience from the time we walked in was amazing. We knew what we were looking for and with Heeral’s help and knowledge we were able to decide on what we wanted. She showed us a few outfits but we were hesitant. She did a little more fact-finding and we told her it was for our wedding. At that point, she told us that if it was for our wedding we should not be looking at something very basic. We needed something elegant and beautiful and special, something one of a kind. Heeral brought down a few jackets and we decided on two colors. Burgundy and Royal Blue with gold. But, we wanted something that was not in the store. We had our own vision and Heeral said no problem. She would work with us. She did mention that she had never had someone want what we wanted.

The fact that we came into the store with short notice and Heeral was able to come through for us was our favorite part of the experience. The wedding was in less than 2 weeks and Heeral made a few telephone calls to see if the outfits could be made and delivered on time for the wedding. Not only was the time frame met but it was done four days prior to our wedding.
Heeral and the seamstress that measured us and helped us try on the outfits treated us like royalty and we felt like royalty once we tried them on.”
