My experience was fantastic! Being able to communicate my ideas to Heeral and having her bring them to life was such a good feeling. I didn’t come into the store knowing exactly what I wanted for my wedding outfit but she took the time to go through plenty of options eventually leading us to completely design the dress on our own. It’s not always easy to go into a store and have the teamwork with you as personally as Heeral did with us.
