1) When should I expect to receive my order?

Our pieces are generally shipped 6 - 8 weeks after an order is placed.

2) How does piece customization work?

Please email us directly in connection with any customization requests. Once we receive your request, we will reach out to schedule a consultation to discuss your desired customizations.

3) How should I clean/care for an outfit?

Our pieces should be dry-cleaned only.

4) Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

We photograph all of our pieces under standard lighting and without post-photo processing so that the product image on our website accurately reflects the physical product. However, due to the hand-crafted and custom nature of our products, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries in the final product.

5) What is your return policy?

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or allow exchanges.
